-National and International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
-Handicraft and Indian ethnic wear orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, while organic food orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
-We use reputable courier companies for all of our shipments and provide tracking information for all orders.
-In the case of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the courier company to resolve the issue.
-Returns will only be processed within 7 days of the receipt of the order. A full refund will be initiated once our shipper confirms to us that the parcel has been handed over to them.
-We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applied to international orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable fees.
-We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: out-of-stock items, inability to ship to the customer's address, and payment issues.
-If an order is canceled by us, we will provide a full refund to the customer within 14 days.
-If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will provide a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the items in their original condition at their own expense.
